Digital Platform Operations Specialist

In this position you will actively contribute to all running programs and help to ensure that the organization is meeting established objectives. Implement the operating model to allow for efficient and effective operations of the Digital platform team and their interactions with the various stakeholders across the world. Deploy and maintain the Digital platform components, including integration, testing, and supporting. Monitor applications & services deployed in production and react on issues to ensure SLA. You will also support the business decision-makers with BI solutions that will help with data driven decisions.
Your responsibilities

Effectively contributing to ensure that all operational processes are efficiently executed and correctly implemented across the entire Platform
Being able to independently process platform optimizations and business growth through continuous technical development
Creating a DevOps “continuous integration” capability in the way the platform is developed and integrated with apps
Learning and developing new skills to support innovative problem solving and organizing information at a high-level to address potential roadblocks and defining the best way forward with rigorous attention to detail
Working closely with the Senior Manager of Product Operations as well as Partnership team stakeholders to prioritize and enable delivery of new opportunities
Assisting with the analysis of existing performance, seeking opportunities to enhance offerings, making recommendations underpinned by data and customer driven insights
Ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date and that delivery is done in an efficient manner, breaking down changes into smaller value chunks and iterating through delivery

Your background

A master´s degree in data science, big data, statistics or similar field
2 years of experience in data related topic, working as BI developer or Digital Product Owner with PowerBI and web based solutions.
Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills
Previous knowledge of Team Guru is highly appreciated
Able to work in a multicultural environment with people from all over the world
Preferable located in CET time zone
