Overview:
Job Description:

Your role includes working on incidents and problems as well as contributing to the team’s delivery to our business clients and technical stakeholders.
Investigate current issues in order to provide our business with solutions or workarounds to minimize business impact and especially external client impact.
Responsibility for root cause analysis to ensure issues are permanently fixed in order to improve the quality of our platform and the user/client experience.
Drive improvements across software applications including monitoring and automation.

Technical Requirements:

Experience in UNIX & Windows operating systems (handling files, searching logs, checking processes.
SQL, Good experience in querying relational databases.
Experience in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) and/or higher programming languages (C#, Java, etc…)
Geneos/App Dynamics (any monitoring tool experience is must)
Ability to debug/troubleshoot application issues.
Understanding of application logs
Ability to work independently.
Good collaboration and communication (as the stakeholders are very technical).
Strong in .Net WebAPI
Working experience in SignalR, RabbitMQ
Strong in MVC
.Net core experience
ReactJS experience
Strong Sql server knowledge
Teamcity and octopus experience
