Your Responsibilities

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a cloud software that is heavily used as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool in different industries. On top of backend functionality, Microsoft Dynamics 365 offers user-facing frontend modules to build e-commerce shops. Especially customers from the manufacturing industry are interested in enhancing their existing CRM solution with customer-facing shop functionality.
The following topics should be addressed in the thesis:
Identify requirements for an e-commerce shop in the manufacturing industry
Compare these requirements to the feature set of Microsoft Dynamics 365
Prototypical implementation in Dynamics 365 by configuration

Your Qualifications

Study with IT reference
E-commerce knowledge from your studies or practical experience
Programming/coding skills are a plus
Interest in e-commerce and cloud technologies
Analytical skills
Independent & self-responsible way of working
Fluent either in German or English
