We are looking for an entrepreneurial personality to join us as Product Marketing Manager for High Voltage (HV) CoolGaN discrete and integrated products. If you are a person who combines business acumen with strategic and analytical thinking, and wants to manage market leading products based on outstanding Galium Nitride power semiconductor technologies, this is the perfect role for you.

In your new job you will:

Have g lobal product marketing responsibility for High Voltage (HV) CoolGaN discrete and integrated products
Analyze markets/competitors and fully understand the business environment
Drive and define product roadmaps and develop crisp value propositions for HV CoolGaN portfolios in a number of applications (thought leadership)
Develop and manage a business strategy for the product portfolio and work with the global sales and marketing and technical marketing teams to drive revenue and develop a solid HV GaN business (commercial responsibility)
Engage and build strategic relationships with key customers to create business success stories
Act as project owner for R&D projects and steer development projects for CoolGaN products from product marketing side (lead of crossfunctional team)
Contribute to a smooth product management process by aligning and anticipating product management related topics in planning
Support technical marketing and marketing communications with content for new product introductions and the creation of communication material
Represent the Product Line to internal and external partners worldwide

You question things and put every effort into developing the best solution. You know how to keep a cool head in stressful situations and enjoy working in a complex and demanding field of work. As strong team player, you enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international teams with multicultural backgrounds.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A university master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or Economics with a strong familiarity of the semiconductor environment market
Knowledge of HV GaN markets and/or products
Minimum 5+ years of experience in product- or application marketing, business development or application engineering with strong emphasis on roadmap execution, winning projects and driving revenue
Thorough understanding of the products and targeted market/applications such as AC/DC conversion in charger and adapter, renewables, telecom and computing, motor-drives, etc. to ensure a right value-based product positioning
Experience in (R&D) project management and process orientation
International networking skills and the willingness to travel
Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
