In your new job you will:

Drive the h ands-on development of new devices from the concept to the ramp-up phase
Be responsible for device functional requirements , assessment of feasibility , target specification and integration concept
Define new layers and design rules for new devices
Execute pcell specification and collaboration on implementation and debugging
Test chip specification , and layout direction
Plan (using design of experiment techniques), coordinate and evaluate experiments
Execute advanced data analysis and representation

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A university degree (Master's or above) in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics or other relevant studies
At least 5 years of work experience in semiconductor technologies, for example technology development, process integration or device simulation
Sound knowledge in semiconductor process technology, semiconductor physics, MOSFET and/or HEMT electrical behavior a must
Proficiency with statistical analysis and design of experiments
Knowledge of PDK structures
Worked in multicultural, high-tech environment project teams before
Excellent English language skills as a must, German skills or the willingness to learn as additional plus
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
