Application and Cloud Solution Manager (f/m/x)

Join our Agile Delivery Corporate Banking team at RBI and play a crucial role in delivering innovative IT solutions in areas of Document Management System, electronic Signature and Business Process Management. Be part of a diverse, global team of business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of project. We operate in a fast-paced Agile environment, utilizing the most advanced technologies. We're seeking for a motivated and open-minded person that is interested in learning and growing their DevOps and application management skills within a cloud environment.

Your mission at RBI

Maintain and improve our AWS infrastructure of document management system (Doxis) and contribute to the future migration to cloud.
Act as the primary point of contact for system and operational support of our third-party eSignature solution.
Take ownership of the services in our portfolio, assuming the role of the service responsible person.
Collaborate and communicate with the Center of Excellence teams and local infrastructure provider on operational tasks in Cloud and Appian environment and on premise.
Coordinate and resolve of user incidents.
Write technical documentation to ensure that our application is well-documented and easy to maintain.

Your core competencies

Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Basic programming skills in languages like Java or Python.
Understanding application management principles and practices.
Familiarity with IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow or Jira.
Understanding in incident management and problem resolution.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Sound English skills (min. B2 level) for communication with different stakeholders.

Nice to have

Familiarity with the Appian platform environment.

Salary: the offered gross yearly salary ranges between 50.000 and 70.000 Euro (basis full-time) excluding overtime, depending on qualification and experience.
