Description

For one of our clients in Austria we are looking for a Senior Appian Developer

Start: ASAP / latest early September
Duration: 31/12/2024
Location: remote, optional Vienna

The role:
Being technical lead of an international, distributed Scrum-team with internal and external Appian developers
Define Appian solution architecture
Develop Appian solutions
Use Appian implementation best practices
Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues
Anticipate user needs and provide inputs for solutions
Understand stakeholder views and resolve the issues
Support in UX topics to create an outstanding user experience
Work closely together with business analysts, API developers and testers

Experience:
Adequate technical education (Technical School or suitable University degree)
7+ years professional experience in BPMS, DMS and/or Workflow development
3+ years of experience in Appian implementation, knowing all aspects of Appian product and implementation
methodology
Experience in Customer Enablement and Excellence by ensuring end to end Project delivery by striking a right
balance between the - time, scope, cost and quality
Should have Appian Component Architecture understanding and should be able to troubleshoot platform / tool
level issues
Experience with Appian plugin development (Java, JavaScript …)
Experience with integration of REST-based APIs and Microservice Architecture
Experience with integration of data streaming (Kafka, Pulsar …)
Knowledge of contemporary collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira)
Agile mind-set and practical experience with Scrum/Kanban

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skill
Structured working approach and problem solving skills
Very good command of English
Multi culture sensibility

Bonus:
German language
