To enhance our successful IT Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate IT Operations Engineer (f/m/d)In this interesting role, you will ensure support to users by taking in and resolving tickets. You will be responsible for consistent execution of operational procedures and thus the smooth running of all IT Applications and Infrastructure as laid out in the respective service level agreements. Your ResponsibilitiesPick up and prioritize Service Requests & Incidents and execute the tasks Monitor and regular execute data back-up of systems Approve, create, manage and maintain IT continuity plans Administrate and manage user identity and access to IT systems Implement & ensure security protection Support of the key-users in respect of system functionality and software features Maintenance and configuration of MES applications Support the development of MES and Automation System Support the MES full test/validations for major system upgrades or releases of new MES functions.
