The Salesforce Center of Excellence at Capgemini Switzerland is expanding its team to put in place a strong domestic foundation of consultants, architects, developers and business partners that will enable us to scale up our offerings across the Salesforce spectrum as well as our footprint in Switzerland, ultimately bringing the quality and credibility of one of the leading global integrators of Salesforce, to this promising and rapidly growing market.
As part of the Salesforce Center of Excellence, you will take on new solutions on a regular basis and collaborate with the rest of the team to bring value to our customers, leveraging both, a vast repository of Capgemini-Europe accelerated solutions as well as domestically designed and crafted ones.

Your role

Collaborating with senior members of the team to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements into customized solutions using the Salesforce platform
Implementing business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, supporting typical Salesforce implementations, configuring solutions and data migrations
Working in global development work streams, from design through testing and deployment, to post-delivery support and knowledge transfer

Qualifications

Recently completed, or about to complete, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar major (an equivalent professional experience in a relevant field is also accepted)
Fluency in English (German and French would be a plus)
Strong interest in Cloud Technologies
Willingness to pursue a career in a development role that requires working hands-on to build, implement, administer Salesforce Application or configure the Salesforce Platform
Knowledge of any of the following Java, JavaScript, C, C#, HTML5, CSS, Data Base development, Apex, Lightning Component or Salesforce is not mandatory but would be an advantage
Any Salesforce Certification would be considered a plus
