As our new
Technology Development Engineer , you will:

Plan, design, perform and evaluate process experiments for new technologies (including DoE´s)
Take responsibility for the definition of required unit processes for the technologies including process stability assessments
Proactively collaborate with R&D partners in all divisions, frontend and backend, unit process development and integration.
Take responsibility for the entire process chain (process of records) from the bare substrate until the diced and measured die
Develop and characterize new process control and test structures for electrical measurements to ensure a stable production
Coordinate physical / chemical / electrical analyses to gain a deeper understanding of pot. failure modes within the technology

You are a
self-motivated individual with a strong focus on
performance ,
quality , and
efficiency . Your experience in
semiconductor technology development and
electrical measurements allows you to generate value through innovative solutions. Your
open and
clear communication style ensures successful cooperation within your team and peers.

Who you are

A talented technology Trailblazer with:

A master´s degree or PhD. in Electrical Engineering , Physics or a related field
Substantial work experience within the semiconductor industry , preferably with a background in Research and Development (R&D) and / or expertise in SiC (Silicon Carbide) technology
Sound technical knowledge and proficiency in semiconductor technologies , encompassing frontend and backend, processing and integration
Proven experience in analyzing the electrical behavior of power devices , both at the wafer level and in package form
Project management experience is considered a valuable asset
Fluent English skills and German skills are a plus

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience, and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
