In this position you will:

Gather client requirements, provide advice and propose integrated solutions

Analyze existing logistics processes of the customer and advise the customer regarding the potential for optimization in combination with the TMS product
Provide consultation about the range of our TMS products and innovations
Develop a solution proposition for the customer and write a solution design document
Autonomously create cost estimations and specifications in coordination with our customers and the project manager
Facilitate and lead customer’s workshops

Train our clients on the use and configuration of the TMS solutions (on-site or remote)
Coordinate with other teams to ensure on-time delivery of the project

We have a match if you have/bring:

Understanding of or affinity with IT and software solutions
Very good technical experiences with interfaces and/or software solutions
SQL, Database or JAVA background knowledge

Professional customer communication on technical level
Logistics know-how beneficial but not absolutely necessary
Strong people skills and the ability to engage and build trustful relationships with customers
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with agile mindset & team-working abilities
Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and German. Any other European language will be a plus
