We are Looking for a ServiceNow Specialist
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (most preferred certificate), Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified Application Developerwith at least 1 year of experience in administration, development, or support on the Service Now platform
OR
Prior experience in ServiceNow administration, development, or support for at least 3 years
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and CMDB.
Experience with ITIL processes and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Jelly is preferred
Knowledge about SPM (Service & Portfolio Management) and GRC (Global Risk and Compliance) Suite is desired
