The creation and maintenance of the design environment within the technology development, as well as actively design the tool landscape and finding efficient solutions for managing of documentation sounds like the right challenge for you? As technical expert for our tool landscape, design environment and methods within the technology development teams you ensure safe, fast and flawless solutions for our design environment and our documentation.

In your new job you will:

Provide and maintain product design kits (design package & technology package) and Unix design systems for technology development and product layout
Define, configurate and manage the design environment for projects within the technology- and product development of power transistors
Actively shape concepts and tools within the product lifecycle management
Continuously improve the tool landscape and methods and support the implementation of new tools and automated concepts
Create and maintain technology and design manuals together with technology- and product developers

You have a proactive and goal-oriented mind. As a team player you treat your colleagues with respect and trust and you like working in an international environment. You like networking, communicate open, clear and consistent and seek for innovative solutions. You have an analytical, well-structured and precise working style and Cross-divisional tasks and activities are your daily business.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Informatics or similar
3-5 years of working experience (ideally in the semiconductor environment)
Excellent knowledge with UNIX and Microsoft System Administration
Sound knowledge in power MOSFETs, Analog-/Mixed-Signal-Layout-Design and experience with EDA-Tools (Cadence, Mentor)
Demonstratable skills in verification, DRC, LVS, parasitic extraction
Good programming skills (e.g. skill, python, tcl)
Experiences in the use of design tools (e.g. camino), collaboration tools (e.g. iShare, confluence) and documentation tools (e.g. windchill, prisma)
Very good English and German skills
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
