To strengthen our Power MOSFET department we are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer for Process Integration/ Product Engineering (f/m/div). Join our team in Villach and help us contributing to a more sustainable future!

During an individual
training phase we will prepare you for your new tasks. With regular
feedback discussions and planning of your
professional and personal development we want to ensure your success in this position.

In your new role you will:

Be responsible for the joint development of SiC power technologies in collaboration with the technology development group
Lead the technology ramp-up activity after production release
Define and drive measures to improve stability, yield, reliability and production costs across a global process chain
Be responsible for yield planning
Lead root cause analysis teams and define sustainable corrective actions in case of process deviations
Sustain volume production by bringing in know-how about process and equipment capabilities
Decide on delivery of productive goods
Act as an interface between production, quality department, technology/product development and backend
Leading & support of transfer & conversion projects from existing technology nodes

You are a
proactive, self-motivated and
result-oriented person , able to contribute and lead technical discussions in an efficient way. You possess a strong communication ability, aligned with a good set of presentation and training skills. Your customer orientation and relationship management skills are key to establish successful cooperation with different stakeholders.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A degree from University or University of Applied Sciences in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Chemistry or Microsystems Technol ogy, Mathematics or similar educational background
5+ years of experience in SiC Front End wafer manufacturing
Experience in leading technical expert teams and using methods and tools for evaluation and data processing
Very good knowledge of MS-Office
Fluent German and English skills
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group I ( https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter ). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
