Then come and join our global team as IT System Engineer (m/f/d) Remote Support English, French and/or German to support our international customers in the radiology department of a hospital with their IT infrastructure.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

This position can be filled either in Erlangen, Germany or Paris, France.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will provide international remote IT support for the clinical imaging software of several Siemens Healthineers departments to provide a fast and high-quality support for the customer; based in Erlangen (Bavaria, Germany) or Paris (France)
You will work efficiently in both a local and a virtual support team being responsible for Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA), within normal business hours as well as in stand-by
You coordinate and organize activities (incl. updates and upgrades) within the scope of support, with internal and external partners, in order to ensure clinical operation for customers
You configure, maintain and implement IT interfaces to other systems in a customer environment

Your qualifications and experience:

You have successfully completed your bachelor degree in the field of electronics engineering, computer science or similar, with strong focus on IT
You have first experience (first employment, working student, internship) in customer IT support
You do not have a degree? We also welcome applicants with vocational training in combination with additional qualifications and many years of professional experience in this field
You have basic knowledge of virtualized IT systems (VMWare, Microsoft), SQL Databases, Networking and server hardware; basic Linux and Oracle experience is a plus
You have experience in the ITIL process with regards to Incident- and Change-Management

Your attributes and skills:

You have the ability to maintain an overview of the various support enquiries and set corresponding priorities
You support our French, English and German speaking customers, therefore your French and English skills need to be very fluent. Business Confidence in Gereman will greatly benefit your application
