Join our dynamic team as a Senior Business Analyst! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business needs, designing information systems, and coordinating development activities. Description

Collect, analyze, and document business requirements using various elicitation techniques.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and clear User Stories for the development team.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding of requirements and successful implementation of solutions.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to assess the consequences of requested changes on existing systems.
Actively participate in Scrum team meetings and workshops, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate and monitor development activities in close collaboration with developers, testers, and other project team members.
Ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables through functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and requirements management processes by proposing innovative ideas and solutions.

Profiles

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of requirement modeling techniques, such as BPMN and UML.
Practical experience in project management and coordination of technical teams or external vendors.
Good understanding of IT architectures, with the ability to design scalable and sustainable applications that align with existing architectures.
Knowledge of technologies including Java, Spring, Angular, web services, and SOA architecture is a plus.
Experience in requirements management, including collection, analysis, specification, and change management.
Proficiency in requirements management tools such as Jira.
Strong database skills, including SQL scripting, relational data modeling, and familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with testing practices and tools, such as ISTQB foundation level.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
