Description

Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements.
Utilizing your expertise in JAVA and Oracle to provide technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
Conducting data modeling and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Facilitating communication between business and technical teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
Working within Agile methodologies to deliver solutions efficiently.
Identifying and solving complex problems through data-driven analysis.
Creating clear and comprehensive documentation of requirements and solutions.

Profiles

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on JAVA and Oracle.
In-depth knowledge of JAVA development and Oracle database management.
Strong understanding of requirement analysis techniques and data modeling.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
