EyeTech Solutions, a leading recruitment company, is currently seeking an IT Support Technician (1-2nd level) for a freelance contract in Luxembourg. This on-site position involves providing IT support and handling Technical Maintenance and Application (TMA) for our PIM/DAM/MDM solution. EyeTech Solutions is partnering with a client in Luxembourg who requires an IT Support Technician (1-2nd level) to ensure the smooth operation of their PIM/DAM/MDM solution. This on-site position offers a challenging and dynamic work environment within a team of dedicated professionals.
Description
As an IT Support Technician (1-2nd level), you will be responsible for the following:
Proactively managing incident tickets, prioritizing them, and ensuring user satisfaction through incident diagnosis, follow-up, resolution, and reporting.
Analyzing support requests, including reading logs, qualifying issues, reviewing technical documentation, and communicating with customers. Creating correction requests with the development teams when necessary.
Enriching both end-user and integrator documentation of the application, as well as internal documentation.
Collaborating with the product team for corrective and preventive maintenance, as well as operational improvement.
Participating in product enhancement by synthesizing customer feedback.
Collaborating with IT teams to execute maintenance procedures.
Profiles
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Certified training in the IT field or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in technical information systems based on web technology.
Knowledge of web programming languages such as PHP, JS, Smarty, and React.
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch.
Experience in working with web servers, specifically Nginx.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a HelpDesk role.
Excellent customer contact skills, strong writing abilities, a positive attitude, curiosity, and a sense of teamwork.
