Summary
We are looking for a senior developer joining the External Benchmarking team for a rapidly growing engineering team focusing on cross-customer industry process performance benchmarks.
You will take a vital role in creating a new major component for the Signavio Suite that let customers explore and benefit from our world-class benchmark data set.
We are explicitly open to people that complement the team with their diverse background and add new perspectives to the team.

What you will do:

Contributing to the entire cycle of product development, from first ideas and brainstorming sessions to continuously delivering improvements based on data-driven decisions
Bootstrapping and developing end-to-end product increments (Front & Backend) in close collaboration with the data engineers and data scientists
Applying cloud architecture best practices to build and run scalable and reliable micro services
Proactively gather, understand and manage requirements and expectations
Collaborating with other teams and tech leads across the organization on solving challenging technical as well as business problems

What you will bring:

5+ years in Software Development
Hands-on programming experience in the context of SAP systems/products
Knowledge of process mining ETL pipelines

Deep understanding of graph structures
Domain Knowledge about Process Performance Indicators of end-to-end processes is a big plus.

Experience working with cloud technologies
Experience with React, Typescript, Node.js, GraphQL or similar modern web frameworks
Hands-on experience with SQL databases, ideally HANA Cloud

You are a strong team player and communicator
You have a continuous-learning attitude and are passionate about growing yourself and supporting your peers in their growth

What would be a plus

Experience working in cross-functional teams relying on agile methodologies
Experience in the business process and business process performance domain
Preferably academic research experience at the intersection of ETL and process mining
