You have several years of leadership experience as well as the ability to build networks and develop teams? In this exciting role you will lead an experienced team of project manager and senior technical experts to execute preassembly projects and to monitor the performance. In your new role you will:

Lead and manage a team of 10+ experienced project manager and senior technical experts
Be responsible for the execution of preassembly projects and tracking of performance according defined KPIs
Drive Stakeholder Management and coordination with other interfaces from different functions
Foster the skill and organizational development of the department
Provide technical guidance in terms of integration concepts according global preassembly strategy
Establish a strong mindset towards business needs (design to cost, time to market and requirement driven development)
Be responsible for preassembly platform , incl. budget and resource pipeline process
Support on problem solving as well as identification of cost down measures

You are a strong and self-motivated leader that is able to understand and structure complex situations and has a high degree of analytical thinking as well as the ability of fast problem identification, effective isolation and efficient elimination.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Master`s/Bachelor`s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any similar technical field (e.g. Chemistry, Materials Science)
10+ years of experience within the Semiconductor Industry in the area of Technology Development
Proven track of record in the field of process/ package and/ or technology development (IPMA C certification is a plus)
High social competence : balancing team member interests against ambitious target setting
A proactive and people-oriented mindset with strong communication and moderation skills to align between various stakeholders
Experience with customer interaction and in customer communication
Fluent English and good German language skills along with excellent presentation skill
