We are currently seeking a Senior System Support Analyst (m/f/d) to support the System Management department at our Frankfurt location. About the Role:
You will assist the System Management team in administering the Unix environments. This includes providing support for OpenLDAP servers. In the event of an issue, you will take the initiative and bring together the knowledge of all teams.
About the Team:
The System Management team is responsible for the smooth and stable operation of our systems and core banking applications, which we operate as part of full outsourcing for multiple banks.
What You Will Do:

You will be responsible for the middleware in our KORDOBA applications.
You will contribute your knowledge to the design of system and application architecture.
You will conceptualize and implement monitoring solutions for our systems.
You will manage our deployed systems and applications and take necessary actions.
You will handle the technical implementation of customer change requests.
You will be responsible for software installation and system generation.
You will ensure IT service management within service and process standards (ITIL).
You will provide second-level support for system and application errors, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
You will monitor system effectiveness and assist with technical capacity planning.
You will be responsible for our security concepts, including data privacy, access control, and high availability.

What You Bring:

You have a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar field, or equivalent qualification.
You have extensive knowledge of Linux and Solaris, and have experience with programming languages such as Perl, (Korn)Shell, and Java.
You enjoy customer interaction and thrive in a team environment.
You have strong analytical skills and can find solutions to any problem.
You stay up to date with the latest developments in IT, even in your free time.
You are fluent in German and have conversational proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in system monitoring, such as Zabbix and Xymon.
Familiarity with ITIL processes in ServiceNow.
