We're looking for a Senior System Support Analyst (m/f/d) to support our System Management department at our Frankfurt location.

About the role:
You will assist the System Management team in administering Unix environments. You will also provide support for OpenLDAP servers. In case of an error situation, you will take the initiative and bring together the knowledge of all teams.

About the team:
The System Management team is responsible for the error-free and stable operation of our systems and core banking applications, which we provide full outsourcing services for multiple banks.

What you will do:

You will be responsible for the middleware in our KORDOBA applications.
You will contribute your knowledge in the design of system and application architecture.
You will conceptualize and implement the monitoring of the deployed systems.
You will manage our deployed systems and applications and oversee all necessary actions.
You will ensure the technical implementation of customer change requests.
You will be our second-level support for system and application errors:

Monitoring and handling system notifications.
Managing actions for error resolution.

You will monitor system efficiency and assist in technical capacity planning.
You will be responsible for our security concepts (data protection, access control, and high availability).

What you bring:

You have a completed (university) degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent qualifications.
You have extensive knowledge of Linux and Solaris. You have some experience with programming languages such as Perl, (Korn)Shell, and Java.
You enjoy customer contact and thrive in a team environment.
You have sharp analytical skills and seek solutions to every problem.
You stay up-to-date with the latest developments in IT, even in your free time.
You speak German fluently and can communicate effectively in English.

Plus, if you have:

Experience in system monitoring using Zabbix and Xymon.
Knowledge of ITIL processes in ServiceNow.
