You will play a crucial role in driving our marketing operations and enhancing our customer engagement by designing, creating, and optimizing marketing automation workflows.

What Makes You Special

3+ Years' Experience. You bring extensive experience in marketing automation and/or marketing operations, a background in SaaS is a plus.
Integration Expertise. Your expertise lies in seamlessly integrating marketing automation platforms with HubSpot.
Workflow Optimization. You're proficient in optimizing marketing automation workflows and using platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
Integration Platforms. You’re familiar with integration platforms like Zapier, Tray.io, and Integromat, allowing for a smooth flow of data and processes.
Email Marketing Mastery. You are an expert in email marketing best practices, encompassing email design, A/B testing, and list segmentation.
Technical Proficiency. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is in your toolkit.
Documentation Skills. You can create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of integration processes and configurations, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and future reference.
Adaptability. As a self-starter with intellectual curiosity, you're capable of learning new systems and best practices on the job. Being "system-agnostic" is essential as you will manage multiple systems.
Customer Engagement. Experience with customer engagement platforms like Braze or Iterable is a significant advantage.
Vendor Management. You've had experience managing relationships with third-party vendors and service providers involved in integration projects.
