As a UX Designer your main role will be to contribute to the design of the Emarsys software and platform in a way that it meets customer needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. You will use your analytical and creative skills to grasp user needs and solve complex design problems. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be sitting together with other designers, researchers, developers, and product managers on a daily basis.
Create sketches, mockups, wireframes based on hypotheses and business requirements.
Build prototypes to showcase concepts, information architecture, and interactions.
Create visual designs ready to be used by developers.
You will be responsible for creating design solutions suitable for our internal and external customers.
You will bring in new ideas and directions that challenge the product and business decisions.
You will have a solid product design vision that you can defend in front of managers and product teams.
You will work together with the agile development team supporting them in realizing their plans.
You will be responsible for supporting product managers in making the right user related decisions.
You will work closely with the UX researcher and integrate their work in the design process.
Provide meaningful critique to PMs and Developers.
Accept failure. Learn from it and be better next time.
Make decisions on your own and take the responsibility for them.
Create stunning visuals (and keep your source files tidy).
You will experiment with different solutions.
You will be responsible for presenting your plans and ideas to management.

YOUR PROFILE

Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio of design projects.
Background in project management and research.
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
Proficient in design software.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
Problem-solving approach.
Analytical mind.
Strong communications skills (English, Hungarian is a Plus).
