Our business Your tasksAccountable for technical design integrity and engineering consistency above all disciplines and implement a consistent working process in the project to ensure design integrity and standardization. Lead discipline engineers during the complete planning cycle of the project and active coordination between project team, operations, maintenance, inspection and contractor (e.g. engineer partner etc.). Supervise and lead quality assurance and ensure the minimization of life cycle cost under adherence of legal requirements. Lead the overall process of FEED (Front End Engineering Design) preparation. Accountable to capture lessons learned during project development and execution and feedback improvement proposals for continuous advancement of the project and engineering management process. Ensure integrity of data in the Basic- and Detailed Engineering Design Documentation (FEED) and compliance by the EPC(m) and construction contractors with basic design concepts, project specifications and procedures. Ensure that 3D models are prepared during design stage for inference/clash check, equipment, piping, steel structures, cable routes, underground facilities etc. and approval by the project teams. Review and optimize the FEED, EPCM and construction contractor's organization, procedures, manpower plan and schedules. Perform progress- and quality reviews during basic- and detailed engineering and provide input to the monthly project reports. Accountable to ensure integrity of all data in the Basic and Detailed Engineering Documentation and compliance with all relevant legislation, throughout Front End Engineering and Detailed Design phase. Your profileMasters Degree in Engineering, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Material Sciences or equivalent technical discipline. At least 7 years of relevant work experience in engineering project management, preferably in oil & gas or chemical industry Experience in developing and managing complex projects.
