The Digital Web Services (DWS) team is the department within Erste Digital responsible for all operational tasks related to Prime Applications for Digital Banking with a focus on George AT. What to do:As an Application Manager you will be responsible for the stable operation of the supported services in the Digital Banking and Payments environment as part of 2nd level support. This responsibility includes ticket analysis and processing, error analysis, troubleshooting but also working on deployments, where the newly developed components from Software Engineering are transferred into the running operation. You take care of: Various monitoring tools are available for you to monitor the different applications, which helps you to determine the sources of errors and performance issues. Within the scope of change management you will ensure that changes are incorporated into regular operations To make the changes in the system traceable it's relevant to document these adaptions in various documentation tools. It is also important to be able to interpret program code in order to involve colleagues from Software Engineering (3rd level support) in the resolution process as part of the DevOps approach.
