Consistently foster a culture of ongoing improvement within the team, enabling regular and constructive retrospectives, while staying current with Agile best practices, including innovative strategies for enhancing remote team collaboration and efficiency
Act as the main liaison for external stakeholders, maintaining transparent communication channels for clarity and expectation management, and work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-maintained, prioritized, and transparent product backlog
Cultivate a positive team atmosphere, whether in physical or virtual settings, by promptly addressing interpersonal conflicts and arranging team-building activities suitable for both co-located and remote team members
Provide education and coaching on Scrum and Kanban practices, principles, and values to the team and organization, and offer mentorship to Scrum Masters or those new to Agile methodologies, including guidance on remote team management when needed
Effectively monitor, track, and communicate team velocity, throughput, and various Scrum or Kanban metrics to all relevant stakeholders, while proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or blockers

Qualifikationen
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent; advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Kanban Management Professional (KMP) are an advantage
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including the challenges and nuances specific to software projects
Exceptional leadership qualities with a proven ability to motivate remote team members
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, adept at connecting with both technical teams and business stakeholders across various locations
Demonstrated adaptability to changing requirements, team structures, and project priorities
A commitment to ongoing professional development, especially in the realms of Agile frameworks, remote team management, and evolving software development practices

Erfahrung
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban lead for software development teams, with substantial experience in managing remote or distributed teams
Experience in conflict resolution, fostering team collaboration both on-site and in virtual settings
