Deine Rolle im Team
As Senior | Staff System Integration Engineer, you will work with a collaborative team of engineers and scientists to develop, build, and test the next generation of cell therapy manufacturing equipment. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will architect our next gen systems and products using a combination of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Digital Engineering, Simulation, and System Analysis and Empirical Modelling.
Builder at heart, you will ensure that various components and subsystems of a complex system work together seamlessly to achieve a unified and functional whole. This role involves bringing together hardware, software, and other components to create integrated solutions that meet specific requirements and bring the next level of cell therapy manufacturing to life. Foundationally it requires strong technical skills in hardware and software engineering but with a desire to get your hands dirty helping to build and run integrated systems.

Qualifikationen
Expert embedded devices design, development, verification, and documentation.
Demonstrated application of engineering design principles (e.g., breadboard/computer-aided design and rapid prototyping).
Proficient with MBSE tools such as Enterprise Architect.
Proficient in scripting (e.g., Python, C++, MATLAB, etc.) and software management tools such as git.
Proficient in system-level perspective of devices, integrations, analysis, and processes.

Erfahrung
Experience in coordinating technology designs with architectural requirements and constraints.
Experience with development in a regulated industry such as medical device, defense, or automotive.
Wet and/or dry laboratory experience (2-4+ years).

Ausbildung
Masters with 5 yrs. experience or PhD with 3 yrs. exp in Engineering, Applied Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
