Deine Rolle im Team
You will have the following key responsibilities as Developer for whole slide imaging visualization tooling:
development of the xOpat interfaces to support integration with cBioPortal
deployment of xOpat and corresponding server infrastructure on BBMRI-ERIC CRC-Cohort
support of deployment of xOpat and corresponding server infrastructure on other interested sites in EOSC4Cancer project
containerization of the deployment of xOpat and corresponding server infrastructure to be deployed with cBioPortal

Unsere Erwartungen an dich:
Qualifikationen
proficient programming skills in web-based development of WSI visualization
ability to develop in JavaScript, WebGL, CSS, and PHP
ability to develop xOpat framework and integrate

Erfahrung
experience with development of OpenSeaDragon³
experienced deployment of server infrastructure for large-scale collections of WSI
experience with containerized deployments using Docker and/or Kubernetes
