**API credentials.** You know how to build and maintain modern API infrastructure (REST, GraphQL, gRPC, etc.)
**Mentor and coach.** You enjoy sharing your knowledge with others and raising the bar for your team.
**Team spirit.** Your outstanding skills in organization and communication don't just fit Meister: they make us better. Experience in leading project teams is very welcome!

Erfahrung
**Experience with web frameworks.** You know your way around the back-end with Ruby on Rails or similar.
**DBMS expertise.** You have good experience with MySQL or other DBMSs such as MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
**Infrastructure experience.** Your knowledge of IT infrastructure helps us provide a competitive edge in the market. Docker and Kubernetes are welcome.
**Experience with modern front-end solutions.** You know a thing or two about React, Hotwire/Stimulus, etc.
**Growth credentials.** You have experience in growth projects and know how to play your part in scaling a business.
