Deine Rolle im Team
You plan and manage the operational processes in a data-driven manner, in line with the product roadmap and strategic objectives.
You drive product improvement through customer-centric work and continuous monitoring of the market and KPIs, where you are able to derive potential customer and business value from it.
You create comprehensive product concepts and business cases in collaboration with the team and validate them through proof of concepts / minimum viable products to ensure a consistent user experience.
You maintain constant communication with product managers and business owners, to ensure a clear and transparent communication of the product roadmap.
You are involved early in the product development phase and drive delivery success throughout the entire lifecycle.
You create and maintain our product documentation in close coordination with product managers and relevant business units.

Qualifikationen
You have successfully released hardware products to the market and improved them based on customer feedback.
You possess a solid engineering and product background.
Growth initiatives and A/B tests are familiar practices to you, and you can derive concrete measures from these potential analyses.
You have the willingness to take on responsibility, go the extra mile, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You demonstrate flexibility in your thinking and actions and continuously strive for improvement.
Ideally, you have knowledge of and interest in smart home technologies.

Erfahrung
You have experience in preparing materials for the executive level.

Ausbildung
You have a minimum of five years of professional experience in a comparable position (in product management or as a product owner), preferably in an agile environment, and hold a completed higher technical education (university/FH degree).
