Lead a small team to  design and execute machine learning experiments
Enable your team to move these experiments into high quality product features
Collaborate closely with the Development Manager and Product Group Director to  understand the business needs and set project priorities  accordingly
Lead the day-to-day  model development  day based on  Kanban agile methods
Encourage your team to present and pursue their ideas in alignment with the overall business priorities
Manage the team's workload and ensure projects are completed on schedule to meet business goals and maintain stakeholder trust
Keep yourself and your team up-to date  with state-of-the-art Computer Vision and Machine Learning research
Encourage a spirit based on  knowledge sharing within your team

Qualifikationen

Erfahrung
*We invite you to apply even if you happen to not meet every requirement. We provide training and support to help you reach your full potential within this role*Strong understanding of classical  Machine Learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and optimization techniques , for problems such as classification, people detection, and anomaly detection
Experience in  full cycle model development  from experiment setup to production roll-out
Experience with Python and C++
Experience with OpenCV, NumPy, SciPy and Pytorch
Experience with  training and deploying Machine Learning models  in the  Cloud  (e.g. Azure / AWS).
You are familiar in  leading a team within a cross-functional international structure
You  enjoy working with people  while supporting them achieving their goals and create development plans as needed
You come with a  proactive and positive attitude   to keep your team engaged
You are able to  adapt to changes quickly and communicate properly
