Deine Rolle im Team
As part of our team, you work as an IT Operations Support Specialists (2nd Level Support) for both local and international customers of our quality and safety management software IQSMS.
You specialize in programming, maintenance and continuous development of existing database systems (MySQL/MariaDB)
You will be responsible for documenting new and adapting existing configuration processes.
You will collaborate closely with our development and support teams to address any tasks that arise.

Unsere Erwartungen an dich:
Qualifikationen
You have in-depth knowledge of MySQL and MariaDB
Basic knowledge of PHP is advantageous
You have good German and English skills
You work reliably and solution-oriented and enjoy facing new challenges
You are comfortable working independently as well as being part of a team
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Austria

Erfahrung
You already have experience in IT support/IT helpdesk (not mandatory)

Ausbildung
Completed IT education (HTL, FH, university, or equivalent professional experience)
