Quick infoLocation Klagenfurt Entry level 0-1 year Job ID 96090 Start as soon as possible Type Full time Contract Permanent Job descriptionIn your new role you will: Work as application owner for office and collaboration apps in the IT team that provides a multitude of data sharing solutions, productivity and collaboration apps for all Infineon employees Keep up-to-date with latest developments of the collaboration apps to coordinate beta and pilot testing as well as the deployment of new features in the organization Engage with end-users to discover emerging use-cases and act as interface to the software vendor or internal software engineers for feature requests Create, enhance and maintain the internal user guides Work with users to provide incident support, consultancy and virtual trainings Collaborate with the first-level support and the software vendor to continuously improve the user experience During an individual training phase, we will prepare you for your new tasks. With regular feedback discussions and planning of your professional and personal development we want to ensure your success in this position. ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: A degree (Bachelor) in business informatics or related fields, or finished a HTL for informatics/media technologies Gained first experience in supporting and managing applications in IT Know-how and understanding of IT infrastructure Strong technical writing and communication skills Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Markdown as well as experience in creating and adapting vector graphics (as an advantage) Understanding of IT service management and support processes (e.g. ITIL) Fluent English and German language skills (mandatory) We are looking to fill this position through one of our partners.
