Collaborate with senior Solution Architects and consultants to design and architect ServiceNow solutions that meet client requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and configurations.
Work closely with clients to gather and document business requirements.
Assist in conducting workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
Stay updated on ServiceNow product updates and industry best practices.
Support the testing and quality assurance efforts for ServiceNow projects.

Qualifikationen
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Basic knowledge of scripting languages as PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.

Erfahrung
Prior experience (1-2 years) working with the ServiceNow platform is a strong asset.

Ausbildung
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or completed IT apprenticeship.
