Quality Assurance Lead (m/f/x)Your role at DynatraceAs a Quality Assurance Lead on our Digital Marketing team, you will leverage your expertise to ensure Dynatrace's digital properties meet the established quality standards, including reliability, usability, and performance. In this role, you will be all-in on tactics, managing, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting the day-to-day operations and anticipating our future needs while designing and implementing elegant solutions that meet them. Responsibilities Quality Planning - plan and document quality assurance activities and processes, including audit plan and schedule, measurement plan and infrastructure, participation in overall planning efforts, reliability and test planning, and other planning as required. Quality Auditing - monitor the development process using an audit program to meet requirements of internal stakeholders and processes, including compliance and accuracy of data collection. Report results, track corrective action, establish and maintain quality activities. Provide technical review and oversight of development work. Perform audits, participate in technical peer reviews, and evaluate documentation. Elevate issues as needed, establish and maintain summary reports of quality activities. Validate test environment and participate in formal requirement validation activities. Provide support to other QA activities for the overall user experience of our website. Located within Corporate Marketing, our team partners closely with designers, marketers, and producers among others within Dynatrace to develop websites, applications and, above all, great user experiences. You'll be working with, but not limited to, developers, UX researchers and engineers, SEO managers, product marketing managers, and creative folks. What will help you succeedQualifications Proficiency in various testing methodologies, including functional and non-functional. Thoroughness in reviewing requirements, design specifications, and test documentation. Experience in working closely with UX designers to ensure quality and consistency in user experience. Ability to create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for different application components. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement automated test scripts for front end and API testing. Experience in identifying, documenting, and prioritizing defects, and tracking their resolution. Proficiency in scripting languages for creating automation frameworks and test suites. Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to extract, translate, and communicate meaningful information with management and peers. Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR60.000 gross per year based on full-time employment.
