Vienna or Linz). Tasks Accountable for all Analytical needs and rollouts of Global Projects for Regional Sales and Business Units Regional contributor for Digital Transformation initiatives within DI in regard to CRM and close collaboration with DI HQ in Germany Development of dashboards and reports to highlight insights in our CRM System, Power BI for the Digital Industries, and front-end data models Managing communications and trainings for Data Stewards and Key Users in assigned countries in Central Eastern Europe Responsible for Sales Processes and Structure in the CRM System Responsible for Implementation of Change Requests and User Stories for Sales Processes within CRM System CRM Tool Technical Second Level Support Experience university degree (economics and/or technical) or equivalent education/experience preferred in the field of computer science or data analytics very good command of Microsoft Office tools PowerBI, Tableau and SalesForce software knowledge is a plus Experience in SQL (preferably Databricks), data visualization, ETL processes or more specifically automating data loads innovative, self-learning, team player with high communication skills fluent in speaking and writing in English; German is an advantage; Eastern European languages are an additional asset Our offer The gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 56,000.
