This position is central to ensuring that the use of third-party software services and our in-house software align with the company's strategic goals and function seamlessly. Your expertise will be essential in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring the effective deployment and maintenance of key software systems. You like to use your energy for this Interface Development and Project Management: Manage the development of interfaces between different IT applications, ensuring seamless data flow and integration, including structuring and implementing projects end-to-end. Application Support: Provide day-to-day support for business-critical applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure applications to meet the specific needs of different departments, and assist in gathering user requirements. IT Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of IT strategies that align with the organization's goals, ensuring that applications support business objectives. Roadmap and Release Management: Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to understand their specific business requirements, jointly plan and prioritize tasks in conjunction with our software engineers, and effectively communicate the rollout of new features across the organization. Business Intelligence (BI): Utilize modern BI applications to generate tailored reports and insights, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making. Workflow and Report Development: Develop and implement user-specific workflows and reports within our CRM systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. These are highlights from your orbit Completed HTL (Higher Technical Institute) education with a focus on computer science, or a bachelor's or master's degree in fields such as computer science, business informatics, or related disciplines. 3 years of professional experience in a similar role Strong SQL and database knowledge, with proficiency in JavaScript and HTML being desirable. Experience with REST and SOAP APIs is a plus. A good understanding of business processes and related project management, including managing developers. Good command of both German and English, in both written and spoken communication. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing technology landscape and business needs within a fast-paced and agile environment.
