Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA and AI technologies. Analyze existing workflows and processes to streamline and optimize them. Conduct regular assessments to measure the impact and effectiveness of automation initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to propose innovative process solutions for kununu. Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation systems. Your skills:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Technology) or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in implementing automation solutions, preferably using RPA and AI technologies. Strong understanding of process optimization. First experience in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., UiPath, Python, Java). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work on a strategic level with a bird's eye view on process automation. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements. Fluent in English and German.
