Business Applications Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Business Application Management is a multi-disciplinary team that groups different roles to achieve better experience with IT. The goal of the team is to give support to the business applications of the bank: supporting, improving, and creating processes to deliver solutions. The team is currently managing around 35 tools in the bank, such as: OneFCC, Swift, IIB, Temenos, eBanking, etc.

Responsibilities:
To improve the scope of the team, we need a role to give technical support:

Strong software development experience
Provide technical assistance with the business applications
Guide users through system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Build strong networks with customers, Key Opinion Leaders, and other key stakeholders
Enhance the internal knowledge base
Identify improvements of business and IT processes of the bank
Develop user manual guides

In addition of these business-as-usual tasks, and to achieve the IT strategy of the bank, we need a role who also leads the monitoring of applications implementation:

Identifying critical processes
Defining metrics and alerts
Automate processes

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrating, supporting, or developing some of the following functions:

DevOps engineer
Business applications troubleshooting and maintenance
Monitoring implementation

Skills

ONEFCC (or compliance software)

PL/SQL
MFiles (or similar document management software)
IBM Integration Bus (IIB) technology

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting software
The ability to break down technological processes and deliver clear, step-by-step instructions
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Unix scripting

Preferred qualifications

Experience in bank environment
Temenos Transact knowledge (core banking)
Spring Boot
