Summer Internships in the Medical Device Software Industry(DevOps, Requirements Engineering, Software Development, Testing, IT Security, Data Science, Data Engineering, Computer Vision Engineering)About the roleDuring your internship, gain experience in DevOps, Requirements Engineering, Software Development, Testing, IT Security, Data Science, or Computer Vision Engineering, or Data Engineering You will have the opportunity to work in close coordination with your BD colleagues in one or more of the following areas: Independent development of software components in C# or Web/Mobile (Angular/React/Flutter) Evaluation of patterns and frameworks (O/R mappers, messaging, microservices, ...) and their use in prototypes Requirements engineering tools in the Healthcare context Development of new automated test strategies in the Healthcare context Tool research and setup of new CI/CD pipelines Cybersecurity assessments Analysis of data coming from medical/pharmaceutical devices (IoT) Hard facts:Internship in the Medical Device Software Industry Duration: 1-3 months, can be arranged individually EUR 1.500 - 2.100.- gross per month Modern office in the Millennium Tower Vienna / hybrid home office Company laptop About youActive Bachelor's or Master's degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in Computer Science (or a related field) IT Security IT/Engineering with interest in healthcare Healthcare with interest in IT Data Science (or a related field) Hands-on experience in software development (.NET/C# or Web/Mobile UI), data science/engineering, IT Security, test automation or requirements engineering is an asset Detail-oriented, structured, and independent way of working Ability to analyze and think logically Very good written and spoken English; German is a plus Interested in innovative technologies in medical and/or pharmaceutical fields Our offerAs an intern, you will get to know our company in detail and pursue activities which contribute to improving people's health. You will work on regular projects, as well as on individual assignments.
