Quick infoLocation Villach, Dresden Entry level 5+ years Job ID HRC0560135 Start Feb 01, 2024 Type Full time Contract Permanent Job descriptionIn your new role you will: Consolidate and assess strategic area- and real estate requirements of the Frontend sites e.g. Villach, Regensburg, Dresden and Kulim Define and monitor implementation of measures together with sites to match demand requirements Drive frontend cluster harmonization of manufacturing layout planning including KPI and measurement Implement benchmarking concept to optimize overall cluster area efficiency Execute part of the Infineon 5 years long-term Frontend planning process Align and implement strategic planning premises and parameter (e.g. capacity, product transfer schedules) Review and prepare the Division demand data before the detailed assessment by manufacturing sites, Purchasing and Finance departments as baseline for the long-term cost roadmap Perform detailed delta analysis to last plan, consolidate and present the results to Operations Management and Divisions ProfileAs a long-term Frontend planner you guarantee a high level of planning- and assessment quality based on your analytical and accurate working style. You bring the essence of the complex Frontend planning results to crucial points and communicate it effectively to all process stakeholder and top management level. Cost awareness and risk management is part of your skillset. A persistent and continuously tracking of your results is a key. You are best equipped for this task if you have: A degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Informatics or a related field with technical background At least 4 years of professional experience in the in the area of manufacturing layout planning or operational capacity planning, preferably in the semiconductor industry Experience with layout software, manufacturing- or supply chain planning systems Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office (esp. Excel with certain basic Database/Pivot Table knowledge) Strong data analytic and planning skills combined with the ability to abstract and communicate key-results Excellent English language skills and preferably some German speaking and writing ability This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group H (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter).
