We are a growing start-up developing virtual copies of reality: the digital twin. We use the latest technologies (Internet of Things, Big Data) to collect and process huge amounts of data generated by machines and processes. It is dynamic, it is 3D and it allows time travel. Curious? Join our team as a Senior Software EngineerWe are looking for a technically strong Senior Software Engineer, having a sense of aesthetics and extensive coding experience. You will work with a team of engineers to develop the front end and back end of our digital twin and support client projects in the implementation of interfaces and data pipelines. Your responsibility Dedication to detail and highest quality standards. Write great (i.e., elegant, intuitive and comprehensible) production code. Create future-proof software designs by looking at solutions holistically (e.g., considering the impact on hardware, software, performance, maintainability and future projects). Support peer engineers by participating in design and implementation discussions. Work closely with the technical leadership on architecture, design and technology decisions. Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure the best possible production code (e.g., readability, robustness, efficiency and coding style). Create, contribute to and update documentation. Debug, track and resolve product and system issues. Your qualifications Extensive coding experience, ideally with React, Node.js, Typescript and Python. Practical experience with application design and software architecture. Experience with 3D frameworks (e.g., three.js, babylon.js or Unity), charting libraries (e.g., chart.js), Bash, CSS/Less, SQL, REST, JSON, GIT, Node.js, and Docker is preferred. A master's degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred. You are fluent in English. Your benefits and pay You will work with cutting-edge technologies and on exciting, innovative products.
