This is a path we can only take together - join in!Job Purpose:As Salesforce Operations Developer at A1 Digital, you will be a vital part of our operations development team. In this role you are responsible for the development, optimization and interface integration of our Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong educational background and a passion for technology.What you do: Participate in internal software configuration & development for the Operations infrastructure. Work in a SCRUM team with 14-day sprint cycles. Collaborate with the team and Product Owners in Sprint Planning and Backlog Refinement. Collaborate with architects and other developers to produce the right solution design. Ensure that technical documentation is provided. What you offer: Solid education in software engineering (e.g. HTL, university degree, etc.). Knowledge in object-oriented programming (C#, Java). Knowledge of scripting languages and Markup (e.g. JavaScript, XML, HTML, etc.). Professional experience in software development is an advantage. Experience in interface programming and relational databases. Fluency in business English and German. What makes you unique: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in an agile, collaborative team environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Reliability and strong quality awareness.
