Aufgaben:

Develop responsive and user-friendly web apps using modern technologies
Maintain and update existing frontend codebase and project environments
Contribute to system architecture design and technical roadmap
Create and maintain technical documentation
Continuously improve our coding standards and evolve our tech stack
Write automated tests to ensure impeccable user experience
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and assist in their skill development
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and the product owner
Work closely with our operations team to monitor and improve our applications in production

Anforderungsprofil:

Proven experience (5+ years) as a web frontend developer
Expert knowledge in HTML, CSS, JS
Extensive experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and runtimes (e.g. NodeJS, Bun)
Good understanding of SSR and PWA
A high demand on the quality of your work
Experience with WGAG/WAI and SEO
Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Preferred experience with Docker, k8s, Grafana
Knowledge of backend technologies and API design is a plus
Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch is a plus
Proficiency with the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo,…) is a plus
Experience with e-commerce is a plus
Skills in leading and mentoring junior developers is preferred

The position is located in Vienna, Austria (On-site, up to 60% home office possible). Remote options are only possible from other federal states of Austria or Slovakia.

We will agree your salary based on your qualifications and experience in line with the market. The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for telecom companies is at least € 43.104,- (40 hours/week). Experience shows that the actual salary is at least € 55.000,-.
