Tell us about your strengths and apply as a BI Intern (m/f/d) for the People Function (limited for 6 months) What to expect:You will assist in the design and development of the People data model and the cloud-based data pipeline for personnel reporting. You will support the design and implementation of data collection, integration, and validation processes, and learn about monitoring their user-friendliness. You will be involved in the transition, validation, and homogenization of data from various business units and contribute to ensuring data integrity. You will assist in modeling and developing ETL processes, data models, and dashboards for data visualization. What we expect:You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business informatics, data science). You have a keen interest in gaining practical experience as a BI Specialist, Data Engineer, or in similar roles. You possess a basic understanding of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure is a plus) and any cloud-based software (e.g., Databricks). You have foundational knowledge of SQL and an interest in learning tools like Microsoft Power BI. Familiarity with any programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is advantageous. You have good English language skills; German language skills are a plus. You are eager to learn, work independently, and have an analytical mindset.
