You will play an essential part in the coordination, implementation and support of different tracks in the course of service- and process automation projects. Our entire framework is based on the ITIL standard. Inclusion in our own Service Optimization (Best Practices, Reporting, Knowledge Sharing) will also be an crucial part of your new role. In your new role you will: Have your focus on onboarding of services to Service Management platforms Operate through entire service lifecycle (design, build, run, report) Provide project support in various Service Management related projects Drive automation initiatives During an individual training phase, we will prepare you for your new role. With regular feedback discussions and planning of your professional and personal development we want to ensure your success in this position. In addition, you will have the opportunity to perform some of your tasks in your home office (Hybrid) and you can arrange your working hours flexibly.
