This is you:Minimum of 5 years experience in software development Minimum of 3 years experience in software development leadership Experience in Laravel, RDB, docker with docker compose and API design Analytical thinker with a reliable work ethic, seeing challenges as opportunities for solutions Understanding of Domain Driven Architecture Enjoyment in facing challenges and finding solutions, with a sense of humor even in stressful situations Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team to drive project progress Good command of English and German You have an EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Austria Your key responsibilites:Evaluate pros and cons of given specifications and anticipated architecture strategy Retrofit existing applications into new architecture when necessary Troubleshoot and debug software issues as they arise Participate actively in code reviews to uphold code quality standards Provide guidance to implementation teams on technology, design standards, tools, and documentation Support the team with your skills and developer expertise Contribute to the design and development of scalable and maintainable software solutions Implement and maintain automated testing processes to ensure code reliability Design, develop, and maintain the backend components of our software applications, ensuring high perfor-mance, reliability, and scalability Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to support our backend development efforts Mentor developers and provide technical guidance on backend development and software architecture topics The annual gross salary for this position is at least EUR 63.000,00 on a full-time basis.
