Deine Rolle im Team
Manage budgets, optimize resources, and ensure timely project delivery. Collaborate with the architecture team to analyze business needs and convert them into effective IT infrastructure solutions. Provide guidance to project managers within the department for successful execution.PROGRAM MANAGEMENTEstablish program vision, objectives, and scope aligned with department strategy.
Develop and maintain program plan, budget, schedule, and governance framework.
Monitor program performance, progress, and deliverables, report status to senior management.
Manage and mitigate program risks and issues; escalate when necessary.
Ensure program quality standards, compliance with policies, and industry regulations.

SUPPORT INFRASTRUCTURE ARCHITECTURE FUNCTIONIdentify and analyze IT infrastructure requirements supporting business, end-user or IT demands.
Derive and define suitable services from these requirements focusing on usability and balancing costs with value.
Consider the entire service lifecycle in the design/architecture phase.

PROJECT MANAGEMENTApply PMI-based Red Bull Project Management methodology in projects.
Leverage Red Bull IT roles to form result-oriented project teams.
Align demands with stakeholders, creating a clear project scope statement.
Manage staffing, escalations, and budgets; align with Infrastructure management team.
Communicate project expectations clearly and timely to team members and stakeholders.
Perform project controlling, ensuring scope, time, and resources stay within defined limits.

STEER AND GUIDE PROJECT MANAGERSSummarize usability, functional, technical, and quality requirements.
Deliver and hand over specification documents (charter statement, requirements definition) and/or technical blueprints to enable project managers for successful project execution.
Constantly monitor and challenge the quality of project executions and ensure the delivery of objectives outlined in the requirements definition.

Unsere Erwartungen an dich:
Qualifikationen
Professional English skills. German is an asset.
IT Program/Project Management experience
Solid IT knowledge
Strong leadership, communication, scheduling, and negotiation skills
Ability to simplify complex topics/situations for presentation

Erfahrung
Experience in budget forecasting, technical dependencies, and global IT teams beneficial

Ausbildung
IT education or 5+ years equivalent experience
