Drive our cloud platforms development in an agile environment and actively participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement.
Align with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize backlogs items, and then implement them with the team.
Own the vision and strategy for observability, incident management, disaster recovery.
Consider security requirements as an essential part of every development iteration and sprint.
Define products release strategy and release plan.
Create and maintain comprehensive platform documentation, including user guides and release notes, with a strong emphasis on industry compliance.

Qualifikationen
Familiarity with Cloud platforms.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements.

Nice to haveFamiliarity with SRE model.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Ability to motivate team members to go the extra mile.
Good understanding of German language.

Erfahrung
Experience with Containerization platforms.
Experience with leading strategic initiatives.

Ausbildung
Minimum of 6 years of professional or educational experience in software development or cloud platform engineering.
